Dr. TJ Holdredge

From a young age, TJ Holdredge knew his calling was in physical therapy. His journey began with an internship at a physical therapy clinic at 16, fueling a passion that intertwined with his high school wrestling and baseball achievements and extended into a successful collegiate baseball career. This unique blend of sports and strength conditioning shaped his decision to specialize in sports physical therapy.

TJ's academic path was marked by determination and excellence. He completed both undergraduate and graduate programs at Lebanon Valley College through their accelerated track, earning his degrees in record time. Post-graduation in May 2022, TJ expanded his expertise by obtaining the Functional Range Conditioning Mobility Specialist (FRCms) certification and becoming a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS). His dedication to continuous learning is evident as he's on the verge of gaining certification in dry needling.

Professionally, TJ's career had an auspicious start with True Sports PT in Woodbine, where he completed his final clinical rotation in January 2022. His transition from a student to a confident clinician was rapid, and by April 2023, he embraced the role of clinic director in Frederick, MD. This step marked a significant leap in his career, underscoring his leadership capabilities and clinical expertise.

In the realm of specialties, TJ harbors a deep-seated interest in baseball rehab and preventive care. His extensive experience with athletes across high school, college, and professional levels has not only honed his skills but also fueled his passion for helping players optimize their performance while minimizing injury risks.
