She utilizes manual therapies including Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (IASTM) and trigger point dry needling to restore pain free mobility followed by therapeutic exercise designed to correct these movement dysfunctions. She dedicates herself to her patients to help them make the changes needed to improve overall function in every day and sports activity.
Mary values the importance of evidence based practice and is a member of the Sports Section of the American Physical Therapy Association. She is an active member in the Baltimore running community. She is also an educator through serving as a clinical instructor to multiple students over the years, as well as lecturing overseas to Physical Therapists in Qatar.
