Our strength coaches are experienced and educated experts who will work closely with each athlete to create a custom program for your needs and goals.



We offer both group and individual training. Strength training exercises are used to target movement patterns that offer extremely beneficial carryover to the playing surface for practice and competition. While this occurs speed and agility development is tracked over time to ensure athletes are improving in their on-field/court movement.

True Performance

Middle school through collegiate performance
  1. Capped at 12 athletes per session
  2. 60 minutes of strength, power, speed, agility and conditioning training
  3. 1 FREE 45-minute session injury prevention/evaluation treatment with our in-house Doctor of Physical Therapy each month

Adult Fitness

  1. Capped at 12 adults per session
  2. 60 minutes of strength, conditioning and mobility/movement training
  3. 1 FREE 45-minute session injury prevention/evaluation treatment with our in-house Doctor of Physical Therapy each month

Personal Training

  1. 60 minutes, 1 on 1 session with a certified Strength and Conditioning coach
  2. Catered to your needs/goals
  3. 1 FREE 45-minute session injury prevention/evaluation with our in-house Doctor of Physical Therapy each month

Team Training

Hank Ferraro

NASM-CPT

Hank Ferraro's journey into sports performance was shaped by his personal experiences as a high school athlete, where he discovered his passion for enhancing athletic skills through weight training. His participation in various sports sparked an early interest in sports performance, leading him to pursue a career dedicated to helping athletes reach their full potential.

Hank's academic foundation was established at the University of Maryland, where he earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Kinesiology. During his time there, he further developed his knowledge and expertise by obtaining certification as a Personal Trainer from the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM-CPT). This blend of education and certification laid the groundwork for his career in strength and conditioning.

Throughout his career, Hank has accumulated over 4 years of hands-on experience in strength and conditioning, working with more than 200 athletes across different levels, including high school, college, and professional athletes, as well as military and law enforcement personnel. His commitment to sports performance was further demonstrated through his 2022 internship with the University of Maryland Football Sports Science & Strength and Conditioning program, where he gained valuable experience working with elite athletes.

In 2023, Hank expanded his expertise through a Sports Performance Internship with Exos in Gulf Breeze, FL. This experience provided him with a deeper understanding of the latest training methodologies and allowed him to work with a diverse range of athletes, including those preparing for professional careers.

Hank’s specialties include Youth/Adolescent Athletic Development, with a particular focus on athletes in Basketball, Lacrosse, Field Hockey, Soccer, and Football. His comprehensive understanding of these sports and his ability to tailor training programs to meet the specific needs of each athlete have made him a sought-after expert in the field.

His journey from high school athlete to a professional strength and conditioning coach highlights his commitment to helping others achieve their athletic goals.
