Andrew's educational journey is rooted in Lebanon Valley College, where he achieved a dual degree in Biology and Exercise Science. He furthered his education at the same institution, completing his Doctorate in Physical Therapy. His commitment to specializing in sports physical therapy led him to pursue a Sports Physical Therapy Residency at Saint Francis University (SFU), further solidifying his expertise in the field.
During his student years, Andrew garnered significant hands-on experience through a clinical rotation at EXOS, where he worked with NFL combine athletes, MLB and NBA players, and military members. His residency at SFU provided him with a comprehensive experience, involving clinic work, sideline assistance, and involvement in the training room with Division I Football, women's basketball, and women's lacrosse teams. Additionally, his residency included conducting research and teaching within SFU's Doctor of Physical Therapy program. In 2019, Andrew joined True Sports PT, where he continues to treat high school, college, and professional athletes.
As a testament to his expertise and dedication, Andrew achieved Board Certification as a Specialist in Sports Physical Therapy in 2020. His specialties include Anterior Cruciate Ligament (ACL) rehabilitation, athletic low back pain management, and concussion rehabilitation. He has contributed to research, with publications in 2019, and actively participates in professional organizations, including The American Physical Therapy Association (APTA), The Pennsylvania Physical Therapy Association (PPTA), and The American Academy of Sports Physical Therapy (AASPT).
