Julia Janczur’s passion for physical therapy began while teaching yoga, where she discovered a love for helping her students adapt their practice to accommodate injuries and physical limitations. This experience sparked her interest in rehabilitation and inspired her to pursue a career in physical therapy, blending her yoga expertise with a deep understanding of movement and recovery.
Julia earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from the University of Maryland, Baltimore, where she gained hands-on experience during her clinical rotations, specializing in sports injuries, hypermobility syndromes, and orthopedic conditions. Her academic and clinical training provided her with the skills to treat a wide variety of patients, from athletes to individuals with chronic conditions.
Since 2015, Julia has taught yoga to a diverse population of students, offering modifications and guidance tailored to their unique needs. She has been practicing as a physical therapist since 2022, combining her expertise in yoga and rehabilitation to create individualized care plans that help her patients achieve their goals.
